I’ve had my hair professionally done at home with a licensed family member, and this time around I went to a professional salon so my nerves were through the roof. Lindsay did the most incredible job ever, she listened to my multiple ideas and gave me honest information of her services and what my hair could and couldn’t handle as I’ve been bleaching it to platinum blonde since 2019. I wanted something fresh and different and still would keep the integrity of my hair (even with a few snips lol). She was so accommodating even when my hair was UNRULY during the appointment. I apologized profusely for my hair’s inability to act right and she reassured me constantly. Her knowledge was also reassuring and how she spoke of her process every new step made me feel as if the 6 hours of work was nothing. There was never a point where I was concerned on the outcome. She treated me so well and even my dad when he came in towards the end of my appointment. I had some knowledge of what I could expect, but she blew me away! Her talent is worth everyone’s time! She will be my first choice for future appointments! Truly changed my life!! Everyone around me is absolutely obsessed with the outcome as am I, we were able to get what i was hoping for while still keeping my hair from falling off lol.
